Position: Southeast Regional Sales Director (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop relationships with local, regional, and national brokers to generate new business revenue
  • Travel 50%+ of the time for client meetings and industry events
  • Manage the entire sales process, including cold calling, appointment setting, and responding to RFPs
  • Build brand awareness and provide product expertise and service support for the broker community
  • Meet annual new business development targets and deliver upon renewal targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree from any discipline preferred
  • Accident & Health license required
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the supplemental health/voluntary benefit industry
  • Proven track record in developing profitable business, including achieving annual sales targets
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and effective relationship development

  • Demonstrated solid network of broker and distribution partner relationships
  • Understanding and experience with technology as a service tool in the insurance market
  • Active listening and superior communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Team player with the ability to motivate others to achieve sales and risk targets
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
