Responsibilities- Provide peace of mind to clients by helping them navigate challenges such as preparing for retirement and saving for college.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through marketing, CRM, and communication.
- Utilize digital sales, prospecting, and marketing tools to attract and retain clients.
- Collaborate with team members, participate in study groups, and engage in mentorship programs.
- Self‑disciplined and motivated to succeed in a sales environment.
- Applicable FINRA general securities, agent state law, investment advisory licenses, compliance history, production standards, and required training (expected to be provided during training).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Commission‑based compensation with potential to earn $117,359 on average based on 2023 data (performance dependent).
