At OnSpot, we don’t manage sales for the sake of dashboards — we manage sales to win. We’re looking for a Sales Operations Team Manager who can coach closers, drive discipline, and scale results without losing the human side of leadership.

• Lead, coach, and performance‑manage a team of Sales Operations Specialists
• Drive conversion, revenue, and pipeline velocity
• Own daily, weekly, and monthly sales execution rhythms
• Coach reps on objections, scripts, discovery, and closing
• Hold the line on CRM accuracy, follow‑ups, and deal hygiene
• Collaborate with leadership on forecasts, targets, and strategy
• Spot underperformance early – and fix it fast

• You’ve never personally sold
• You avoid tough performance conversations
• You confuse “busy” with “productive”
• You rely on motivation instead of systems

• You’ve led a sales team that hit or exceeded targets
