Business Development Representative (Remote – NH or ME Only)

Location: Remote (Must reside in New Hampshire or Maine)
Base Salary: $50,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 – $90,000
Compensation: Base salary + commission for every meeting held

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position for candidates located in New Hampshire or Maine.

As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by making high-volume outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for our sales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy connecting with people, we want to hear from you.

• Make 70–80 outbound calls per day to prospective clients
• Identify and qualify decision-makers
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of opportunities

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (door-to-door, inside sales, SDR, BDR, or similar role)
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Ability to handle objections and stay persistent
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Must be located in New Hampshire or Maine
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup

• $50,000 base salary
