Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of External Wholesalers to drive annuity growth and profitability
  • Establish rigorous sales processes and set clear performance expectations to enhance sales execution
  • Partner with advisors to strengthen relationships and support complex cases
  • Maintain deep expertise in annuity products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements
  • Utilize data and insights to identify performance gaps and capitalize on market opportunities
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in annuity or investment sales
  • 2+ years of demonstrated success in driving annuity sales growth in an advisor-focused environment
  • FINRA Series Licenses 6 or 7 at the time of application
  • State Securities License (State 63) and State Life and Health License at the time of application
  • Ability to travel regularly, estimated at 70-80%
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading and managing a multi-state wholesaling team
  • Strong coaching mindset with a track record of developing high-performing sales professionals
  • Advanced knowledge of retirement income planning and annuity tax strategies
  • High degree of comfort using CRM, analytics, and sales performance dashboards
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to present solutions professionally
