Job Overview

We’re looking for a Fitness Coaching Appointment Setter to help us connect with busy parents and professionals who are ready to change their lives. Your role is simple: start real conversations, qualify leads, and book calls for our high-ticket online coaching program.

You’ll be the first point of contact for people who want to lose weight, get healthier, and build a sustainable lifestyle. If you enjoy talking to people, sending messages, and helping them feel understood, you’ll fit right in.

This is a remote, message-based role with a base pay plus commissions. Strong performers typically earn $1,200–$2,000 per month once ramped.

You’ll get training, scripts, and ongoing support so you can grow your skills and confidence. If you like fitness, enjoy people, and want a role where your effort actually pays off, this is a great fit.

• Start and respond to conversations with new leads on Facebook and Instagram
• Qualify people based on their goals, challenges, and readiness to change
• Follow simple scripts while still keeping conversations natural and personal
• Book qualified leads into our coaching team’s calendar
• Track daily conversations, leads, and appointments
• Follow up with cold, warm, and past leads
• Maintain a positive, supportive tone that reflects our brand
• Communicate with the team about lead quality and booked calls
• Learn and improve through weekly training and feedback
• Represent our coaching program with professionalism and empathy

• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable starting conversations and talking to people online
• Reliable phone or computer with stable internet
• Ability to follow scripts while keeping messages natural
• Organized and able to track conversations and leads
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in fitness or personal development (not required, but helpful)
• Availability to respond to messages throughout the day
• Previous appointment setting or sales experience is a plus, but not required
