Responsibilities
  • Prospect and maintain business relationships with independent facilities in the assigned territory
  • Collaborate with Regional Key Account Manager to onboard newly acquired facilities
  • Manage relationships with distribution representatives and end‑user facilities
  • Identify growth opportunities through premium products and pricing strategies
  • Conduct approximately fifteen calls per week to drive sales and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or three (3) years of experience in an account management role
  • Minimum of three (3) years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record in leading sales processes, including prospecting and closure
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 70% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Long‑Term Care or similar healthcare environments
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts as needed
