Location: Winter Gardens
High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need their hand held.
Who We Are NOT Looking For:- Agents who NEED to make money urgently and are desperate
- Agents who CAN'T buy their own leads to make sales
- Agents who NEED their hand held every step of the way
- Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
- People who are NOT coachable and have a giant ego
- Competent, well-spoken agents with effective communication skills
- Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month if you know what you're doing
- Agents who don't need motivation and are ready to follow a proven system
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers selling high-ticket IULs (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).
We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling life, final expense, mortgage protection, or low-premium policies.
All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and/or Zoom meetings.
Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.
We do NOT operate lead assist programs.
We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
We are looking to expand our team with more high-end agents.
