Director, Services Sales – North America

• Own and deliver quarterly and annual services revenue and gross profit targets
• Increase attach rates of services to hardware, software, cloud, and AI transactions
• Partner with sales leaders to integrate services into major go-to-market motions
• Equip account executives with repeatable services sales strategies and coaching
• Maintain visibility into services pipeline health and execute corrective action plans for underperforming segments

• 10+ years of IT services sales experience required
• Proven success selling services through a channel or distribution model
• Track record of delivering quota and margin targets
• Experience driving services attachment to technology transactions
• Strong executive presence and field credibility

• Experience leading in fast-moving, evolving environments
• Strong understanding of Professional Services and Managed Services
