Director, Services Sales – North America

• Own and deliver quarterly and annual services revenue and gross profit targets
• Increase attach rates of services to hardware, software, cloud, and AI transactions
• Partner with field sales leaders to integrate services into major go-to-market strategies
• Equip Account Executives and sales leaders with repeatable services sales plays
• Establish clear services KPIs by segment and region, maintaining visibility into services pipeline health

• Minimum of 10 years of IT services sales experience, particularly in Professional Services or Managed Services
• Proven success in selling services through a channel or distribution model
• Track record of achieving quota and margin targets
• Experience in driving services attachment to technology transactions
• Strong executive presence and credibility in the field

• Experience leading in fast-paced and evolving environments
• Demonstrated ability to coach sellers on discovery, positioning, and closing of services-led engagements
• Familiarity with developing joint services growth plans with supplier partners
