What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and coach a high‑performing lead generation team, focusing on outreach strategies and performance metrics
  • Actively engage in lead generation activities, including outbound prospecting and campaign execution
  • Integrate Salesforce Sales Engagement Module for omnichannel marketing efforts
  • Develop and refine outreach materials to maximize engagement and conversion rates
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize strategies and achieve revenue goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation in a B2B environment
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of success in driving lead generation campaigns with measurable results
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales Engagement Module and other lead generation tools

  • Experience leading a team with measurable results
  • Willingness to work in multiple time zones
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Self‑motivated and results‑driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets
  • Residence in Eastern or Central time zone strongly preferred
