About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Franchise Sales and Marketing Leader with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in franchise sales and development. The right candidate knows how to generate, nurture, and close qualified leads — and has a proven track record of success in franchise sales. Bonus if you have led a sales team before and are excited to build one from the ground up.

You’ll be responsible for driving lead generation, sales strategy, automation, and pipeline management to expand the Health Atlast franchise footprint. If you're a closer, self-starter, and strategic thinker with franchise expertise, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Sales & Development:

Manage the entire franchise sales funnel, from lead generation to signed agreement.

Consistently meet or exceed performance goals tied to lead conversion.

Present and promote the Health Atlast franchise opportunity with clarity and confidence.

Help build and eventually lead a high-performing sales team (a major plus).

Marketing & Lead Generation:

Implement marketing campaigns across social media, email, and lead magnets.

Develop content and outreach strategies that speak to potential franchisees.

Utilize Go High Level or similar CRM to manage automation and follow-ups.

Webinar & Content Creation:

Host informative webinars on practice ownership, billing, and franchise support.

Create high-conversion email sequences and educational materials.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of franchise sales experience with a solid record of closing deals.

Deep understanding of the franchise development and legal process.

Experience in CRM platforms like Go High Level.

Bonus: experience managing or building a sales team.

Confident communication and persuasive sales skills.

Passion for wellness and holistic healthcare.

Compensation:
This role offers a hybrid compensation model:

A modest hourly base to support administrative and engagement efforts.

High commission payouts for each franchise sale, designed to reward performance significantly.

Top performers can earn substantial monthly income based on franchise conversions.
