- Act as an advocate for customer accounts, proactively resolving issues to ensure satisfaction and adoption of solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the employer’s CIS/ERP solutions to provide issue resolution and articulate value to clients
- Execute quarterly business reviews with stakeholders at aligned accounts to foster strong customer relationships

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
- Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change
- Integrity, personal accountability, and a collaborative mindset
