We’re seeking passionate individuals to join our Accelerator Program, a dynamic trainee experience designed to set you up for long-term success. As a Financial Representative Trainee, you’ll embark on a comprehensive program that equips you with the skills and competencies necessary to excel in selling Individual Insurance products and building a sustainable, holistic financial practice. Through self-study, hands-on projects, and mentorship, you’ll receive training and support to run your own business and build a rewarding career.

  • Hourly Wage: $16/hour during the trainee period (up to 30 days).
  • Promotion to a Financial Representative with a $36,000 annual base plus unlimited monthly sales incentive after trainee period.
  • $1000 bonus after successful completion of trainee period and promotion.
  • Education-based Accelerator Program to transition to an independent Financial Advisor.
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, including 2 floating holidays.
  • Regular associates receive sick leave through personal time; 40 hours of personal time in 2025 prorated by start date.

What you’ll do
  • Participate in a comprehensive program to develop skills to provide holistic financial advice. Engage in classroom discussions, goal setting, and progress evaluations.
  • Gain direct sales experience in marketing Individual Insurance products and pass a sales process competency test.
  • Develop prospecting skills through research, targeting, networking, communication, and more using personal networks, community events, and social media.
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of product offerings and demonstrate expertise in features and benefits.
  • Oversee completion of content, proposals, and paperwork flow throughout the field and Home Office to ensure a smooth application and underwriting process.
What you’ll bring
  • Meet trainee program requirements and gain skills to excel.
  • Obtain required insurance licenses prior to starting, with up to two attempts for the Life and Health exam.
  • Pass CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing; securities licensing required within 24 months of entry.
  • Be highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time; hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and have reliable transportation for meetings.
  • Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas, and stay curious.
Preferred
  • Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry, products, and marketing practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
