Homecare Sales Representative – New Jersey
Location: New Jersey (Central NJ ideal, statewide territory)
Industry: Medical Device / Healthcare Sales
Compensation: Base + commission
Total OTE: $126,000–$136,000+
The OpportunityWe’re partnered with a world-leading healthcare manufacturer that designs and delivers life-changing respiratory and sleep therapy solutions used in hospitals and homecare settings worldwide. This is a growth-focused, relationship-driven outside sales role where you’ll manage a full New Jersey territory while helping improve patient outcomes and literally save lives.

- Manage and grow a New Jersey territory calling on homecare providers, sleep labs, DME companies, hospice providers, and physician offices
- Build strong relationships with clinicians, respiratory therapists, and key decision-makers
- Drive adoption of CPAP masks, interfaces, and high-flow respiratory therapy products
- Protect and expand existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Educate customers on clinical best practices and product benefits
- Own your territory through disciplined time and territory management
- Track activity and opportunities using CRM (Salesforce)
Required:
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience with documented success
- OR
- 2+ years of relevant clinical experience (RTs strongly considered)
Preferred Background:
- 1–2 roles prior to this opportunity (not a job hopper)
- 2 outside B2B sales roles with solid tenure
- 3–5 years total professional experience ideal
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage a large territory independently
- Clear, thoughtful reasons for leaving previous roles
- Strong emphasis on time and territory management
- Base salary + uncapped commission
- Auto allowance ($425–$500/month) + mileage reimbursement
