A leading fire service equipment company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to visit fire stations and conduct gear fittings across Southern California. This role requires strong fire-service experience or outside sales experience in PPE. The position offers a competitive base salary of $70,000 with a commission structure, as well as PTO and paid holidays. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with firefighting departments.

This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home or in the office when not in the field.
