Northland Lifestyle Company is a Minnesota-founded outdoor lifestyle brand outfitting adventure, service, and brands through curated gear, home goods, and premium custom products. We are proudly veteran and first responder owned.
As we continue expanding our B2B partnerships across Minnesota, we are seeking a motivated, Minnesota-based Sales Associate to grow local relationships through in-person outreach. We provide custom hats, branded apparel, woodwork, and laser engraving services for businesses and organizations.
About the RoleThis is a commission-based, in-person sales opportunity focused on relationship-driven B2B growth.
This is not a virtual or remote position. All outreach and relationship-building will be conducted face-to-face with Minnesota businesses and organizations.
This role is performance-based and requires proactive outreach and consistent follow-up.
You will:
- Prospect and visit local businesses throughout Minnesota
- Present samples of custom hats, apparel, and engraved products
- Identify branding opportunities for clients
- Close orders and manage follow-up
- Build long-term, recurring business accounts
Sales experience is preferred but not required.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates looking to gain real-world B2B sales experience and build confidence in business development.
Training, product education, and sample materials will be provided.
Compensation- 15–20% commission on closed and paid orders
- Commission paid after client invoice is received
- Orders can range from small custom runs to large branded merchandise programs.
- Must be Minnesota-based
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Must be comfortable conducting in-person sales visits
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to prospective business locations
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check
- Professional presentation and conduct while representing the company
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up habits
- Passion and respect for outdoor culture and public service strongly preferred
Territory assignments will be discussed upon onboarding.
