Position: Internal Sales Associate - Spring 2026 (Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) or Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Support incoming calls from financial advisors regarding annuity and life solutions
  • Provide sales support and document inbound calls to enhance advisor experiences
  • Assist with business submissions by understanding necessary licensing and application requirements
  • Identify and resolve advisor issues, collaborating with distribution partners as needed
  • Identify sales opportunities and collaborate with internal wholesalers for further engagement
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • A bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and energetic attitude
  • Self-motivated and competitive, with a drive to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build and maintain professional business relationships with an aptitude for sales
  • If not fully licensed, must obtain FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7, and 63, and state Life Insurance license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in sales or financial services
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Previous experience supporting financial advisors or similar roles
