What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and manage the sales process to achieve revenue and margin targets in the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposals that meet customer requirements
  • Drive sales pipeline development through active prospecting and qualification of new opportunities
  • Maintain market awareness and provide accurate forecasting and strategic input for business reviews
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent outside sales experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
  • Proven experience working with Industrial power generation, EPCs, or renewable energy developers
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to manage long sales cycles
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and align independent manufacturer representative agency performance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills in both verbal and written forms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
