- Lead and manage the sales process to achieve revenue and margin targets in the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposals that meet customer requirements
- Drive sales pipeline development through active prospecting and qualification of new opportunities
- Maintain market awareness and provide accurate forecasting and strategic input for business reviews
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent outside sales experience
- Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
- Proven experience working with Industrial power generation, EPCs, or renewable energy developers
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to manage long sales cycles
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools
- Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions
- Demonstrated ability to lead and align independent manufacturer representative agency performance
- Strong leadership and communication skills in both verbal and written forms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
