As a Remote Appointment Setter

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Engagement: Conduct daily outreach to schedule high-value consultations for our real estate partners.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long‑term rapport with partners through personalized, professional interactions.
  • Collaborative Growth: Sync with leadership to optimize outreach strategies and provide market feedback.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Master our partners' unique value propositions to effectively communicate their advantages to prospects.
What We’re Looking For
  • Articulate Communicators: You have a command of the English language and can pivot conversations naturally.
  • Professionalism: You are organized, respectful, and understand how to represent a brand.
  • Reliability: You excel in a remote setting, managing your schedule effectively without micromanagement.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Available Monday–Friday during standard US business hours (

Technical Requirements
  • Dedicated high‑speed internet connection.
  • Modern computer/laptop capable of multitasking.
  • Quality headset or noise‑canceling earphones.
Compensation & Career Roadmap
  • Guaranteed Starting Base: $20 per hour.

  • Portfolio Growth: Our model involves managing up to 8 accounts (roughly 1 hour per partner daily), ensuring you can focus on excellence rather than rushing through a list.
