• Manage an average of 30 plus inbound calls per day, focusing on quality customer interactions and sales execution
• Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies
• Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to analyze customer requests and provide appropriate solutions
• Achieve performance standards by completing daily assignments, including reading, online courses, and role plays
• Adhere to the employer's policies and procedures, including attendance and professionalism in the workplace

• Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience with comfort in negotiating and overcoming objections
• Experience in insurance, retail, or banking preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day
• Capability to maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicable
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus
• Experience in insurance sales is highly preferred
• Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
