• Manage an average of 30 plus inbound calls per day, focusing on quality customer interactions and sales execution
• Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies
• Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Complete daily assignments, including reading materials, online courses, role plays, and exams to achieve program success
• Adhere to the employer's employment policies and procedures, including attendance and professionalism

• 2+ years of recent sales experience with comfort in negotiating and overcoming objections
• Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling 30-40 inbound calls per day
• Capability to maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicable
• High-speed broadband cable internet service with minimum upload/download speeds of 300MB download/30MB upload

• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus
