Position: *6/1 START* Licensed Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage an average of 30+ inbound calls per day, focusing on quality customer interactions and sales execution
  • Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies
  • Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Complete daily assignments, including reading materials, online courses, and role plays
  • Adhere to the employer's employment policies and procedures, ensuring professionalism in the workplace
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
  • Proven comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections in a sales environment
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, handling 30‑40 inbound calls daily
  • Capability to maintain state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as necessary
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bilingual Spanish‑English skillset is a plus
  • Inbound sales experience is advantageous
