What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Provide world‑class customer service and inbound phone sales to customers
- Answer questions from prospective customers regarding services and close sales via telephone
- Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow
- Manage customer relationships to ensure best‑in‑class service while identifying opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling
- Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and increase engagement virtually
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience with a proven track record of hitting sales quotas
- Minimum of 2 years of cold‑calling and/or telemarketing experience
- Ability to make 200+ phone calls per day
- High level of PC knowledge to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
- Highly proficient math skills
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a high‑volume role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
