What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and manage the sales process to achieve revenue and margin targets within the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key industrial, EPC, and commercial energy customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposals that meet customer requirements
  • Drive sales pipeline development through active prospecting and qualification of new opportunities
  • Provide accurate forecasting and contribute to strategic business reviews and planning sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent outside sales experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
  • Proven experience working with industrial power generation, management, and renewable energy developers
  • Strong consultative sales acumen with the ability to lead long sales cycles
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with effective verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to visit customers and support regional initiatives
