- Lead and manage the sales process to achieve revenue and margin targets within the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key industrial, EPC, and commercial energy customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposals that meet customer requirements
- Drive sales pipeline development through active prospecting and qualification of new opportunities
- Provide accurate forecasting and contribute to strategic business reviews and planning sessions
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent outside sales experience
- Minimum 5+ years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
- Proven experience working with industrial power generation, management, and renewable energy developers
- Strong consultative sales acumen with the ability to lead long sales cycles
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
- Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to visit customers and support regional initiatives
