What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and manage the sales process for Engineered Building Systems across the U.S. to achieve revenue and margin targets
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key industrial and commercial energy customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and execution capabilities
  • Drive sales pipeline development by actively prospecting and qualifying new opportunities
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the company's value proposition
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, with equivalent sales experience accepted
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
  • Proven experience working with industrial power generation, EPCs, and renewable energy developers
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to lead long sales cycles
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
