Work Model: Hybrid (4 days office, 1 day home)
The Role We are looking for an Account Manager (Dutch Market) to join our sales team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with customers in The Netherlands, acting as their main point of contact and trusted commercial partner.
Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of Dutch B2B customers
Build long-term relationships based on trust, service, and commercial value
Identify new sales opportunities and grow existing accounts
Act as the main point of contact for customers
Work closely with internal teams (sales support, logistics, marketing)
Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer requests
Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
Contribute to achieving sales targets
Requirements Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) – mandatory
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Relevant experience in Account Management or B2B Sales
Experience in mobile phone parts or electronics is a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Commercial mindset and proactive attitude
Comfortable working with CRM systems and MS Office
Work Arrangement 4 days per week working from the office
1 day per week working from home
