Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in Washington, New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah. Applicants must reside within these states to be considered.

Job DetailsAs an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All representatives need a Property & Casualty Insurance license; if you don’t have one, paid training includes licensing.
- Training period: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
- Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
- No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
- Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
- Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST). This schedule expected for at least 12 months before shift change.
- All computer equipment provided; must maintain a professional workspace with wired high‑speed internet (min 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Satellite and mobile services not supported.
- 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
- Excellent communication with prospects and customers.
- Strong analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Property and Casualty License required after hire.
Pay Philosophy: The starting salary range for this role is determined by various factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range reflects the labor market value across the national market and offers opportunity to progress as employees grow.
