- Lead and manage sales efforts within the U.S. to achieve revenue and margin targets in the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial customers
- Partner with independent manufacturer rep agencies to align with company objectives and performance expectations
- Support technical solution development and proposal strategies alongside Application Engineers
- Drive sales pipeline development by actively prospecting and qualifying new opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent outside sales experience accepted
- Minimum of 5+ years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
- Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, including LV/MV equipment
- Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles with multiple partners
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
- Experience with renewable energy developers and pump manufacturers
- Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
