What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and manage sales efforts within the U.S. to achieve revenue and margin targets in the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial customers
  • Partner with independent manufacturer rep agencies to align with company objectives and performance expectations
  • Support technical solution development and proposal strategies alongside Application Engineers
  • Drive sales pipeline development by actively prospecting and qualifying new opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent outside sales experience accepted
  • Minimum of 5+ years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
  • Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, including LV/MV equipment
  • Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles with multiple partners
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems

  • Experience with renewable energy developers and pump manufacturers
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
