Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and foster relationships with potential clients.
• Present and demonstrate our SaaS solutions to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM.
• Follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships and close opportunities.

• Proven experience in Tele Sales, SaaS sales, or IT sales is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer interaction.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and IT solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
