• Manage an average of 30+ inbound calls per day, focusing on quality customer interactions and sales execution
• Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies to clients
• Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Complete daily assignments, including reading materials, online courses, role plays, and exams to meet performance standards
• Adhere to employer's employment policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism and attendance

• Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience, particularly in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
• Ability to handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment
• Strong capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Maintenance of all state licenses and termination of prior carrier relationships as applicable
• High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds

• Inbound sales experience is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is advantageous
