The Sr. Territory Manager will oversee all accounts within their sales territory and focus on account growth and new business acquisition for products and engineering/manufacturing services. This high‑impact, customer‑facing role combines business development, technical consultative selling, and long‑term account growth.
The role requires spending 75% of time in the field with consistent daily travel and frequent onsite engagement, and demands a strong value/solution selling approach for engineered or technical solutions, focusing on reliability, performance, safety, and lifecycle value (not selling on price). The Sr. Territory Manager must engage technical buyers, including engineers, operations, and maintenance stakeholders.

Requirements- 7–15 years of technical/industrial B2B sales experience.
- Proven success in account management and business development, ideally selling both products and engineering services.

This is a remote field‑based sales opportunity covering the North Shore, MA (Beverly, MA). Expected travel to meet with clients on‑site 75–80% throughout the North Shore area.
CompensationBase Salary: $85,000 – $140,000
Total Compensation: $150,000 – $240,000
