Field Sales Representative (Silicon Expert)

- Develop, iterate, and execute sales strategy in the assigned sales territory to drive new logo acquisition.
- Command the entire sales process, from prospect to close; quarterback the deal and drive to close new logos across your assigned region.
- Generate pipeline – leveraging all tools and resources at your disposal to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Solution selling – uncover a prospect’s true pain to position a value proposition that makes an impact in their day-to-day operations.
- Become an expert – learn and develop a strong understanding of Silicon Expert’s core offerings and the competitive landscape.
- Team player – collaborate with cross‑functional teams including partnerships, marketing, customer success, and fellow sales teammates to succeed in your goals and help them succeed in theirs.
- 3‑5 years of SaaS field sales experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- In‑depth understanding of the electronic components industry and/or SaaS products within the supply‑chain industry.
- Experience with data, analytics, or AI software sales a plus.
- Knowledge of the assigned market/territory (e.g., customers, competition).
- Ability to develop strategic plans/sales plays for all assigned territory, as well as sell and market the full set of Silicon Expert offerings.
- Proven ability to sell solutions, not just a product.
- Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment and/or supply‑chain capacity.
- Ability to prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQ ), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service, and lead regular QBRs with major customers that unlock additional sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in sales tracking systems, , Oracle.
- Natural curiosity, emotional intelligence, and willingness to learn.
- Innovative self‑starter willing to challenge the status quo.
- This position is a 60/40 split.

Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

$84,300.00 – $. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
LocationUS‑MA‑Massachusetts (Remote Employees). Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work‑related purposes, at the company’s request and sole discretion.
