Business Development, Sales Manager
We are looking for someone that has at least five years of experience selling services to beauty brands and has deep industry relationships with the brands, retailers and understands the entire beauty and luxury ecosystem.
Ideally you will have sold to brands and know how to construct a solution based and enduring relationship with the decision makers in sales, HR, and retail/field operations.

Role DescriptionThis is an exciting new role for a sales and business development professional to become the face of All Work to the beauty industry and leverage your experience and network with a large and growing US and Canadian platform that is scaling fast.
The role is located in the New York City Metropolitan Area and is a hybrid position meaning you will work from home, and also out of our Northern NJ office. Some travel required for visiting prospects, attending industry events and conferences.
The primary responsibility will be to generate new leads, expand our presence in the industry and assist with selling new programs into our considerable existing customer base. We have significant unrealized opportunities and a very strong reputation in the industry that for the right person provides the perfect set up to work with out team to take our business to the next level.
Qualifications- At least 5+ years of New Business Development and Sales skills in the Beauty Industry
- Must be able to reach decision makers and create conversations with target accounts via existing relationships, referrals, email, phone, and persistence.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills. Must be great at presenting live and over zoom as well as creating great sales decks, writing compelling emails and proposals.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to Collaborate and Build Strong Internal and External Relationships
- Located nearby and embedded in the NYC beauty world
- Competitive base salary. The salary range is $140-$200k. Will vary based on commission/bonus plan.
