Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sales process to achieve revenue and margin targets within the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposals that meet customer requirements
  • Drive sales pipeline development through active prospecting and qualifying new opportunities
  • Provide accurate forecasting and contribute to strategic business reviews and planning sessions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent outside sales experience accepted
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
  • Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, EPCs, or renewable energy developers
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to manage long sales cycles with multiple partners
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in selling LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or modular buildings
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance and partnerships
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to engage with customers and support regional initiatives
