What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and manage the sales process to achieve revenue and margin targets within the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial and Commercial energy customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and execution capabilities
  • Drive sales pipeline development and actively prospect new opportunities while growing existing customer accounts
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
  • Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, EPCs, or renewable energy developers
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions
  • Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles with multiple partners
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance and partnerships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
