- Lead and manage the sales process to achieve revenue and margin targets within the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial and Commercial energy customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and execution capabilities
- Drive sales pipeline development and actively prospect new opportunities while growing existing customer accounts
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted
- Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
- Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, EPCs, or renewable energy developers
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
- Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions
- Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles with multiple partners
- Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance and partnerships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
