Position Overview

An elite inside sales professional who consistently exceeds quotas and thrives in high‑energy environments. As a Coaching Sales Representative, your primary objective is to market and enroll prospects into our Results Coaching Program via telephone, leveraging consultative selling skills to transform lives.

Responsibilities
  • Handle scheduled sales calls, converting them into coaching sales or down‑sells/cross‑sells with a high success rate.
  • Execute outbound calls to potential and existing customers to qualify leads and sell coaching programs and other RRI products and services.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly coaching enrollment goals, with a strong focus on down‑sells and cross‑sells.
  • Maintain impeccable records of sales activities and statistics within the CRM.
  • Build and nurture deep, lasting relationships with customers.
  • Occasionally travel to sell coaching at RRI events.
  • Undertake other duties or special projects as assigned by the Coaching Manager.
Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum of 6 years of recent sales experience, with a proven track record as a top producer, preferably in an inside sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and excel in a high‑performance culture.
  • Exceptional consultative selling skills with a deep passion for personal growth and making a difference.
  • Modern computer skills and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with a global clientele.
  • Competitive, coachable, with a relentless hunger for success and an unbreakable work ethic.
  • Proven resilience, able to take challenges head‑on and thrive under pressure.
