Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue within the financial category.
- Drive digital advertising and custom content partnerships across Reuters platforms and off-platform channels.
- Identify and close new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients.
Client Solutions & Collaboration
- Partner with Integrated Marketing
, Ad Operations
, Social
, and Reuters Plus Studio to deliver best-in-class client experiences. - Leverage Reuters' data and insights to craft compelling proposals and demonstrate ROI.
- Partner with Integrated Marketing
Industry Engagement
- Represent Reuters at key industry events and organizations to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Stay informed on financial industry trends and digital advertising innovations.
Event Sponsorship
- Develop and sell event sponsorship packages aligned with client objectives and Reuters' brand positioning.
You're a fit for the role of Senior Account Executive if you have the following qualifications:
- Minimum 6+ years in media sales, with a focus on financial services.
- Demonstrated success in building partnerships at a leading media company, with specific examples of high-impact deals.
- Deep knowledge of the financial category and its key players.
- Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem (on-platform and off-platform).
- Proficiency in leveraging data and insights to drive client strategies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
- Industry Presence:
Active involvement in relevant industry organizations is highly desirable.
