- Lead and manage sales efforts within the U.S. to achieve revenue and margin targets in the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with commercial strategies and execution capabilities
- Drive sales pipeline development through active prospecting and qualification of new opportunities
- Develop and deliver compelling customer-facing presentations that showcase technical advantages and value propositions
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted
- Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
- Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, EPCs, and/or renewable energy developers
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
- Experience in leading long sales cycles with multiple partners
- Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance and partnerships
- Familiarity with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
