Remote Area Field Training Manager

Take the lead in field sales training with Align Technology as the Area Field Training Manager for Canada. Drive skill development and implement strategies for success in this remote role.

As a full-time Area Field Training Manager, you will support the North America Learning & Development team, focusing on ensuring sales teams are equipped to excel. Your extensive field sales experience will be key in delivering localized training, identifying opportunities, and analyzing training effectiveness. Frequent travel and collaboration with Territory Managers will be essential for coaching and enhancing training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on localized training initiatives with sales leadership

• Use data to identify skill development opportunities

• Co-travel with Territory Managers for coaching

• Manage FST program and regional calls

• Provide field intelligence for training effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in dental med device sales

• Minimum 6 years field sales experience

• Skills in coaching and performance development

• Strong communication skills with stakeholders

• Effective project management abilities
