Role SummaryWe are seeking motivated and confident Telesales Agents to join our remote insurance sales team. This is a commission-based role, ideal for individuals who have their own visas who are ready to work from home and build a career in the insurance sector.
Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential clients using the provided system
- Promote and sell life and health insurance products
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets
- Must be based in the UAE
- Must have Own Visa
- Immediate joiners only
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in telesales or insurance preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with basic tech proficiency
