North Carolina (Hybrid: Field + Remote)

Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 base + commission

About the Role

Cart Guard Protection is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Dealer Relationship Manager to support and grow our dealer network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid environment—splitting time between in-person dealership visits and working from home. You will report to the VP of Sales.

You’ll be responsible for strengthening existing partnerships while actively onboarding new dealers, helping expand our footprint in the golf cart dealership space.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing dealer accounts
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new dealership partners
  • Conduct in-person visits to support, train, and engage dealers
  • Serve as the main point of contact for dealer needs and performance
  • Drive product adoption and increase revenue within assigned territory
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support
  • Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
Qualifications
  • Experience in automotive, powersports, RV, or golf cart dealership environments
  • Strong relationship‑building and account management skills
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
  • Self‑motivated and comfortable working both independently and in the field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft products
  • Based in North Carolina with willingness to travel
