Role Description

We are seeking commission-based Sales Representatives for remote positions covering Austin, Dallas, Houston, Boston, and NYC markets. Sales reps earn $349 per signed venue location plus 5‑10% of all future sales from venues they sign (multi‑location deals multiply accordingly – sign a 5‑location chain, earn $1,800 upfront plus ongoing revenue share). This role involves prospecting hospitality venues, conducting sales presentations, and closing partnership agreements.

Daily activities include cold calling, in‑person venue visits, proposal presentations, and contract negotiations. Installation support provided in remote markets.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills for engaging venue owners and managers
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or hospitality sectors
  • Self‑motivated and comfortable with commission‑only compensation structure
  • Ability to work independently while meeting performance targets within 1‑2 months
  • Local market knowledge preferred but not required
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management a plus
