We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Sales Specialist.
The Virtual Sales Specialist implements the client's marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. In the assigned territory, the VSS will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action. Administration of territory information and compliance to reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative.
Responsibilities- Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.
- Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.
- Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.
- Develop deep product & competitor knowledge, as well as understanding local & regional market trends for virtual territory.
- Focus on total office support staff to drive product value by ensuring the office staff has the appropriate tools.
- Bachelor’s Degree minimum required
- 0–1 years of business-to-business or pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience
- Demonstrated history of documented & consistent achievement of sales performance
- Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts, with the ability to quickly learn and convey complex product information to healthcare professionals.
- 1+ years of virtual/inside sales experience is strongly preferred
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $65‑68k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
