• You are the key product specialist for dealers providing technical support and guidance in both product sales and aftersales process within the geographic area.
• You will report product and quality issues to the Headquarters and coordinate activities.
• You proactively build relationships with all stakeholders at all levels both sales and aftersales.
• You plan, organise and execute specialist machine demonstrations / trainings and are responsible for the organisation/management of shows/exhibitions and associated marketing and social media activities.
• You work closely with the territory manager in your area and develop dealers professionally.
• You actively plan, coordinate and participate in the build-up, maintenance and movement of PÖTTINGER promotional machines.

• You have several years' experience in agricultural industry and hands on experience of agricultural equipment.
• You have in-depth knowledge of PÖTTINGER products, competitors, customers and farm structures in Finland.
• You are a team player with excellent technical skills in regards of problem-solving abilities.
• You have excellent customer service and communication skills including presentation abilities.
• You are confident using various social media tools, CRM and other associated IT systems.
• You have the ability to manage your time and workload effectively, and you are willing to travel to provide the necessary sales and product support.
