The brand has experienced substantial, long‑term growth; and, as a result, we are searching for Sales / Design Consultants to add to our professional team who are committed to sell and design our products directly to homeowners, builders, interior design firms, architects and engineers.

We design, locally manufacture, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garage cabinetry, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves, wall beds and more. We want Sales/Design Consultants who are dedicated, creative, and committed to excellence and professional success.

Our sales territory consists of the Dallas/Ft. Worth area of Texas.

With our comprehensive and proven training program, those committed to the process will achieve substantial financial success and independence.

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Basic computer skills a must (MS Outlook, SFDC, Excel, Word, CAD)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented, organized and excellent follow up skills
• Concentration in design & space planning is preferable
• Home improvement related sales experience is a plus but not necessary
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
• Develop and enjoy long term relationships with clients and the ability to solicit referrals
• Effective in networking with Trade Associations and Charitable Groups
• Develop your own portfolio of clients
• MUST be trainable/coachable
