Acquisitions Specialist (Inbound Leads | 100% Remote | High Performance Sales)

This role is not a typical sales position. If you’re early in your career, competitive, and want to build a real high‑income skill, this is where it starts.

This is a fully remote role; you can work from anywhere, but performance is everything.

We’re not looking to hire many people—just a few strong ones who can actually execute.

We generate the opportunities. You take inbound calls from homeowners, build trust quickly, understand their situation, present offers, handle objections, and close deals. No cold calling. No chasing. When the opportunity is presented, your job is to perform.

Consistent inbound leads, proven scripts and systems, hands‑on training in real estate acquisitions, daily coaching and feedback, and a high‑performance, competitive remote environment. A draw is available during the ramp period for qualified candidates. Top performers earn $150,000–$180,000+.

This role tends to click with people who are naturally competitive, high‑energy, and comfortable in fast‑paced environments.

A lot of people who do well here come from backgrounds such as sports, sales, or any field where performance mattered—where you had to show up, compete, and earn your spot. You bring energy into conversations, communicate well, and connect easily with people. You’re confident yet coachable, you don’t take rejection personally, and you’re used to working for results.

You take growth seriously. You want to improve, make money, and be around others who operate at a high level. This is a relaxed but high‑performance environment—people get along, but everyone here is focused on results. If you’ve been in competitive environments—whether that’s sports, sales, or any performance‑driven field—you’ll likely feel at home here.

You don’t need real estate experience, but you need a mentality of pushing yourself and performing.

Relevant experience includes SDR/BDR (outbound sales), solar sales, door‑to‑door sales, high‑ticket or consultative sales, and high‑volume outbound environments.

We do not consider candidates seeking guaranteed pay outside of performance, who avoid feedback, or seek easy/low‑pressure roles.

100% commission with a draw available during the ramp. Inbound opportunities will be provided.

If you’ve only been in roles where the product sold itself, this will feel very different. Remote doesn’t mean easy—it means you’re fully responsible for your output. The most important part is getting the ball rolling, building a strong pipeline, and turning this into something solid long‑term for both you and the company.
