Acquisitions Specialist (Inbound Leads | 100% Remote | High Performance Sales)

This role is not a typical sales position. If you’re early in your career, competitive, and want to build a real high‑income skill, this is where it starts.

This is a fully remote role; you can work from anywhere, but performance is everything.

We’re not looking to hire many people—just a few strong ones who can actually execute.

What You’ll Be Doing

We generate the opportunities. You take inbound calls from homeowners, build trust quickly, understand their situation, present offers, handle objections, and close deals. No cold calling. No chasing. When the opportunity is presented, your job is to perform.

What You Get

Consistent inbound leads, proven scripts and systems, hands‑on training in real estate acquisitions, daily coaching and feedback, and a high‑performance, competitive remote environment. A draw is available during the ramp period for qualified candidates. Top performers earn $150,000–$180,000+.

You don’t need real estate experience, but you need a mentality of pushing yourself and performing.

Relevant experience includes SDR/BDR (outbound sales), solar sales, door‑to‑door sales, high‑ticket or consultative sales, and high‑volume outbound environments.

We do not consider candidates seeking guaranteed pay outside of performance, who avoid feedback, or seek easy/low‑pressure roles.

Benefits

100% commission with a draw available during the ramp. Inbound opportunities will be provided.
