Account Manager SMB-Business Sales

What you’ll be doing...

• Introduce small and medium business customers to the latest high‑tech 5G products and services that solve their unique business needs.
• Interact with customers in retail stores, digitally, and through outbound prospecting.
• Demonstrate the value of our products and services by presenting end‑to‑end technology solutions.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and working leads and referrals.
• Partner with and mentor Consumer Retail Sales Representatives to drive small‑business results via the retail channel.
• Grow your customer base by acquiring and retaining accounts in the small‑business segment.
• Utilize solutions‑based selling techniques to solve business problems for customers.
• Perform outbound sales prospecting and customer visits.
• Service the needs of the existing customer base.
• Use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, and manage pipeline and book of business.

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience (sales, marketing, or customer service) demonstrated through work or military experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel.

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree or related certifications/college courses.
• Outside sales experience including outbound prospecting.
• Wireless sales experience exceeding quota.
• Experience influencing a team to drive sales results.
• Capability to drive positive results in a team environment.
• People skills for influencing, negotiating, conflict resolution, and ability to build trust at all levels.

External candidates for this role may be eligible for up to $5 000 sign‑on bonus.

This hybrid role requires working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office. Employees must maintain compliance with hybrid work policies.
