Vertical Xchange is hiring an Inside Sales Representative
. This relationship‑driven role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on prospecting, recruiting buyers and suppliers, and managing accounts, primarily through phone, email, and virtual communication. The goal is to connect decision‑makers at Xchanges to create strategic partnerships.

What

You’ll Do
  • Recruit new buyers and suppliers through phone outreach, email campaigns, and virtual meetings
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through consistent outbound activity
  • Secure participation agreements/contracts with buyers and suppliers
  • Manage clients through the Xchange process to maintain engagement and participation through the full lifecycle
  • Identify buyer needs and align them with solution providers offering relevant products or services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat participation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth preparation and execution of Xchanges
  • Represent Vertical Xchange at Xchanges and occasional industry events
What You Bring
  • Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone and via email
  • Confidence in prospecting, cold calling, and building a pipeline
  • Relationship‑driven mindset with a consultative sales approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
