We are looking for a motivated, relationship-focused professional to join our growing insurance agency as a Life Insurance Sales Team Member. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people protect their families, planning for the future, and building long-term client relationships.

• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct needs-based conversations focused on life insurance and financial protection
• Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up with leads
  
  Identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance and financial products
• Schedule and conduct policy reviews
• Educate customers on coverage options in a simple, approachable way
• Follow agency sales processes and customer service standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up activity
• Work closely with the team to help achieve agency goals

• Strong communication and people skills
• Confidence initiating conversations and asking questions
• Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
• Organized with strong follow-through
• Goal-oriented and motivated by personal growth
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Professional, positive, and dependable

• Prior sales experience preferred, but not required
• Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain licensing
• Experience with customer service, relationship management, or phone sales is a plus

• Base salary plus commission/bonus opportunities
• Paid training and licensing bonus up to $2,000 if obtained within 30 days.
